Trainer in brief systemic, marital, and family therapies, as well as NLP and hypnosis for children, I have been working for several years with helping professionals seeking meaning, concrete tools, and accuracy in their approach. My pedagogical approach is based on an integrative vision of support, at the crossroads of different schools of thought, with the guiding principle of simplicity, clinical relevance, and relational effectiveness.

Each training module I lead is designed as a dynamic space for transformation, alternating theoretical input, role-playing, experimentation, and reflective analysis. I place central importance on alliance, creativity, and continuous adaptation to the participants' real-world situations.

My specializations allow me to address topics as varied as couples in crisis, transgenerational issues, the behaviors of children in distress, repetitive family patterns, or the practitioner's posture when faced with the complexity of human systems.

Psychopractitioner trained in brief systemic therapies, Ericksonian hypnosis, and NLP, I have been supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families for over ten years in a solution-oriented approach. My approach is based on a deep conviction: each person possesses the necessary resources within themselves to evolve, free themselves from blockages, and reinvest their capacity for action.

My background as an early childhood educator and pedagogical coordinator has allowed me to develop a keen understanding of family and institutional systems. This systemic perspective, combined with concrete tools that respect each person's pace, enables me to intervene effectively on various issues: anxiety, behavioral problems, life transitions, relationship conflicts, parental or professional burnout.

In my practice and in training, I favor a co-construction approach, active presence, and grounding in reality. My support aims to bring movement where dynamics are stagnant, by opening up new possible narratives and strengthening self-confidence and trust in others.
