As part of a structuring IT program, I contributed to the design and implementation of a transverse technical foundation intended to support critical applications and high-volume data flows.

The scope included:
PostgreSQL, NiFi, Kafka, Docker Swarm, GlusterFS, Grafana, the ELK suite (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) as well as Keycloak for identity and access management.

Main Responsibilities:

- Definition of reference architectures (HA, scalability, resilience, security)

- Design and implementation of POCs for architectural choice validation

- Platform industrialization and deployment

- DevOps pipeline implementation (AWX, Jenkins, Ansible)

As part of a strategic project, I was responsible for the Operational Maintenance (MCO) of a critical business application, with full coverage of system, infrastructure, and application dimensions.

Scope of intervention:

- Operational production management (availability, performance, stability)

- System and infrastructure environment monitoring

- Monitoring and coordination of corrective actions on application components

- Deployment support (production readiness, technical validation, team coordination)

- Anomaly management and tracking of corrections with development teams
