Project context: a complex technical project involving two main companies. The schedule depends on both companies delivering updates and fixes. These schedules are unreliable and require flexibility to adapt activities to delivery delays and environment unavailability. Bilel knows how to adapt to the constraints imposed by other teams' activities. He is also willing to take on new activities. The technical environment is complex, and he still needs to improve his technical knowledge of the program architecture to better understand the incidents and malfunctions observed.
