As a UX/UI Designer at Orange Business, my mission is to create intuitive, attractive, and functional user interfaces for our clients' products and services. I am at the heart of improving the user experience, ensuring our clients benefit from user-friendly and efficient interfaces.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Research and Analysis: I conduct in-depth research to understand user needs and expectations. I analyze data, conduct user research and testing, and identify potential issues in workflows.

2. UX Design: I design wireframes and interactive prototypes, ensuring efficient user journeys. My goal is to guarantee smooth and intuitive navigation for our clients' product users.

3. UI Design: I create attractive visual designs in line with the graphic standards of our clients and Orange Business. I select colors, fonts, and visual elements for a consistent aesthetic experience.

4. Cross-functional Collaboration: I work closely with development, marketing, and product management teams to implement designs and ensure consistency between design and execution within our clients' projects.

5. Continuous Optimization: I monitor interface usage to gather user feedback and make continuous improvements based on comments.

Onet Airports Services is a company dedicated to providing services to airports. Their main goal is to improve the traveler experience by offering efficient and fast baggage handling.

As a Product Designer for Onet Airports Services, I worked on redesigning the internal baggage logistics management tool. My role was to design more intuitive and modern user interfaces for the company's employees. This required a thorough analysis of the employees' needs and work habits, as well as innovative designs to maximize the tool's efficiency and user-friendliness.

Pixelway is a web agency that creates modern, user-friendly, and accessible websites.

They adopt a user-centered approach to website design, ensuring clients' needs are always at the forefront. From start to finish, the goal is to create a website that is both functional and aesthetic.

Working with a developer, I was responsible for the UX/UI part, with tasks including project scoping, workshop facilitation, discovery phase development, wireframing, and user testing.
