Seeking missions in technical services. Multiple activities (site engineer, construction management, site supervision, cleaning, delivery, fiber optics)

Project: – Technical studies: geometry, road equipment (Vertical and horizontal signage, Guardrails and safety barriers, Public lighting and safety). Drafting of technical and contractual documents at the PRO stage: CCTP, DQE, BPU, technical memory framework and FIM, as well as development of the tender documents (DCE) for an infrastructure contract worth €200 million. Participation in technical and consultation meetings.

Project: Construction of the 2x2 lane bypass connecting the city of Batna to the East-West highway over 62 km, for a contract value of 100 million euros including tax. Operational management of civil engineering works - geotechnical structures, earthworks, and asphalt works. Site preparation before work begins. Manage and coordinate the project between different internal stakeholders (design office, equipment department, HR) and external ones (client/project owner, project management). Contractual and financial management, site monitoring in compliance with the cost, time, and quality constraints imposed by the client.
