I am Bienfait Ashuza, Social Media Manager, Content Creator & Video Editor, and founder of Elite Agency, a communication agency specializing in digital strategy, content creation, and brand development for companies.

I help businesses, institutions, and brands develop a strong digital presence through high-performing content strategy, professional visuals, and engaging videos.

My expertise covers the entire creation chain: social media strategy, content creation, graphic design, video editing, and complete social media management.

Based in Bukavu, South Kivu, Democratic Republic of Congo Kinshasa, I work entirely remotely with international brands, agencies, and creators. Thanks to a connected infrastructure and great time flexibility, geographical distance is no longer a barrier: I collaborate just as easily with clients in Paris, Geneva, or Montreal.

Throughout my career, I have supported public institutions, communication agencies, companies, and brands in developing their brand image. I have notably participated in communication projects for the Port Autonome de Conakry, Palabres Consulting, Cubix Advertising, Gym'Moustik, Drive X, and other organizations, producing content that enhances their visibility and engagement.

To date, I have produced over 250 short videos, supported several brands in their digital strategy, and achieved concrete results in organic growth, engagement, and brand awareness.
