In my previous role,I have led the end-to-end redesign and configuration of the onboarding process across different countries — the United States, United Kingdom, Romania, Spain, and India. This work required navigating distinct HR frameworks, local compliance requirements, and varying employee expectations, while maintaining a consistent and high-quality experience for new hires globally.
A central focus of my work has been reducing the administrative burden on HR teams through targeted automation within Workday. By streamlining manual, paper-based, and repetitive processes, I have enabled HR teams to redirect their time toward higher-value activities, while ensuring new hires encounter a seamless, efficient, and engaging introduction to their organisation from day one.
