With 25 years of experience in major international groups, my generalist background (business school, major in finance and controlling) has allowed me to specialize in all aspects of the supply chain, from procurement to distribution. After several years in the oil sector and then in the high-value-added equipment industry, I supported SMEs in transitional management, particularly during judicial reorganizations.

I intervene in both technical and specialized issues - implementation of PIC, MRP processes, inventory management - and in operational continuity missions, including team management and restructuring.

Currently, I manage the supply chain for the Atlantic region in the chemical sector, and I am a member of the management committee for the Europe-America region.
