I was looking to implement a CRM in my company. Not having a sales background, and therefore having never used a CRM, I called on Bertrand to help me identify available CRMs that met my company's needs. After 2 workshops to explain processes and needs, I received a recommendation document identifying the strengths and weaknesses of different CRMs in relation to my needs, with feedback from sales users of each solution. We also organized a demo with one of the recommended solutions. In conclusion, I am very satisfied with Bertrand for this mission.
