Interventions as a trainer in Intellectual Property Law at the University Paul Sabatier (Toulouse 12/11/2023) and at the Bordeaux Higher School of Chemistry (10/01/2022) as part of Totalenergies Associated Professors.

I was invited to Qatar in November 2019 to conduct a confidentiality training. The research center had invited representatives from universities present at the research center, such as the University of Texas and New York University, as well as Arab universities. I was able to build rapport during lunch by addressing the people at my table in Arabic, which favorably impressed my interlocutors who did not often have the opportunity to meet a Frenchman capable of speaking classical Arabic. I used English for my training, and good English because I studied in the USA and my children are American, but I used Arabic to build connection and mutual respect. It was on my initiative that this confidentiality training was launched, and I trained all researchers in the upstream branch of TotalEnergies internally from 2018 to 2021. It was because of the good reputation of this training that I received this invitation from our research center in Qatar.

For R&D contract negotiation. Proposes and implements a training program for all researchers in the upstream branch of Totalenergies on confidentiality issues. Participation in WIPO arbitration in the field of robotics (as a claimant). Three R&D contracts for the subsidiary. Participation in international technology licensing negotiations (Jubail refinery, KSA 2006), for: a) negotiation of oil permits ("farm in and out" at the Mining Domain Department), b) marketing and sales manager within the Sulfur Department, c) as well as in financial IT (Financial Department, Stockelfa inventory management software).
