Founder of Hécate Consulting, Bertrand Dargelos is an expert consultant in social and organizational transformations, specializing in conflict management, psychosocial risk (PSR) prevention, quality of work life and conditions (QWLC), and support for sensitive reorganizations (Employment Safeguarding Plans, structural transformations, social crises).

A Doctor of Political Science (Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne), former member of the High Council for Public Health, and a reserve officer in the national gendarmerie, he combines a strong scientific background, high-level field experience, and a keen understanding of human, managerial, and institutional issues.

For over 15 years, he has worked with public and private organizations (banking, insurance, industry, health, higher education, administrations, independent authorities) to:

diagnose organizational and relational dysfunctions,

regulate high-stakes human or legal conflicts,
