1. New ideas, strategies, and solutions are often found beyond established thought patterns. My role is not only to develop ready-made new ideas for you, but also to support you in finding them yourself.

2. Projects benefit from identifying stress factors (psychological, structural, temporal, personnel, spatial). The team can then address and resolve them more effectively or recognize and eliminate them as irrelevant. I am happy to assist you in this process with the tools of kinesiology, my empathy, and my ability to listen carefully and ask questions.

3. Tai Chi, Qi Gong, and meditation strengthen general well-being. Kinesiology sessions for energy balance support learning and change processes. As a non-medical practitioner, I complement this portfolio with craniosacral therapy and supportive herbal medicine.
