For nearly 16 years, I was the head sports instructor for the Air Force, where I supervised, supported, and trained military personnel to stay fit so they could stay alive.

Then, after this military career, I was responsible for the cultural and sports department of a Bordeaux-based associative structure with nearly forty sections and around 2000 members.

As sharing and imparting knowledge was not sufficiently present in my daily life in this role, I decided to create my first micro-enterprise and put my sports gear back on to support people in regaining their health and fitness as a sports coach.

During my coaching sessions, I noticed that physical activity not only helped my clients regain their fitness and health but also provided a space for exchange, reflection, and open discussion, leading to mental and emotional rebalancing.

These sessions are particularly beneficial for business leaders, helping them to perform at their best and manage their affairs effectively.

Having been trained in Dr. Edith Perreaut-Pierre's TOP®️ method (Techniques for Optimizing Potential®️) in 1996 in the military and retrained in 2018, I offer the TOP®️ tools to my clients when they experience fatigue, stress, or need to regain clarity of mind and motivation to achieve their goals.

Today, through Holihuman, a Qualiopi-certified training organization, I individually or collectively support and/or train business leaders and managers who wish to achieve their goals using the TOP®️ tools.
