Safecube is a startup specializing in real-time container tracking to offer 100% digital tracking solutions, or equipped with connected objects, known as IoT. I was hired on a permanent contract as the sole front-end developer.

🎯 My personal goals achieved:

✅ Improve my skills and knowledge in JS & TypeScript development

✅ Fully integrate into a great team, within a great company, with a stimulating project

⭐️ Work done:

✅ Graphic redesign of the existing (mockups + integration)

✅ Made the site responsive

✅ Unified platforms by creating a library of shared components

✅ Improved site performance with more efficient code

✅ Mentored an Epitech intern for 5 months

✅ Mockups and implementation of new features based on client needs:

- Dynamic filters

- Monitoring graphs

- Mass shipment import system via file

- Creation and management of tags

- Sharing the application in "guest" mode

- Addition of a chat and a tutorial

- Geographical zone management system defined either by API or by drawing on the map

- Creation of dynamic alerts via JSONSchema

- Replacement of PowerBI with graphs and tables from our API data

✅ Maintained the architecture, codebase, and libraries up to date

🏆 Results:

✅ Initially designed for tire manufacturers, the application is now used by about thirty companies worldwide, in a wide range of business sectors, such as the automotive industry, aeronautics, petrochemicals, agri-food, health, luxury...

✅ Clients are relatively satisfied with Safecube's responsiveness to their specific requests.

PREVIA Medical was founded by Quentin FRANCOIS with the ambition to reduce the number of deaths related to SEPSIS in hospitals.

Thanks to an algorithm that takes into account patient vital signs:

A SEPSIS score is calculated, allowing for early detection of sepsis risk up to 48 hours before the first symptoms appear.

An alert can then be issued to doctors so they can intervene as quickly as possible.

💡 Context

In 2020, the company had 2 people: its creator and a developer.

With its algorithm completed, Quentin wanted a first draft of an interface that could be implemented in hospital tools.

He therefore called on the Wild Code School for the first version of this ambitious project (we were 5 students working on it).

⭐️ Work done

✅ Creation of a "mock" server responding to FHIR standards

✅ Populating the database with anonymized patient data

✅ Design and implementation of an interface to list patients, and view each of their monitoring, as well as the SEPSIS score calculated by his algorithm.

Intensive training to learn web and mobile programming languages, as well as project management using agile methods.

Teamwork on 2 fictional projects and one client project to apply acquired skills.

Multiple personal projects completed in parallel to consolidate knowledge and test new technologies.
