1/ Analysis will aim to study, using various tools, the performance probabilities of your product/service/event. We will determine together:

- External analysis (PESTEL: Political, Economic, Sociocultural, Technological, Environmental, Legal factors)

- Internal analysis (SWOT: Strengths & Weaknesses, Opportunities & Threats)

- Competitive analysis (Mapping, Porter...)

- The problem: Based on the results of the analysis of the preceding elements, how should we act for your product/service/event to perform under a given circumstance.

- Objectives: how to make your product/service/event known, loved, and remembered.

- Positioning (Copy Strategy, Target Audiences + Personas, Storytelling, editorial line (or portfolio)).

- Budgeting of the offer, taking into account gross and net margin.

2/ Strategy consists of defining what types of media, content, and actions we will use to promote and sell your product/service/event.

- Graphic Newsletter

- Sales Brochure

- Presentation PowerPoint

- Product Catalog

- Sales Pitch

- Definition of values

- Conception-Writing Orientation

- Choice of product/service/event benefits and messaging

- Marketing/Sales Actions: How, when, and how often will we reach your target audience?

- Retroplanning integrating all previously defined actions.

3/ Conception is a concrete step; it's the real-time execution of your strategy. I will assist you with initial sales, setting up the CRM (HUBSPOT), and creating financial reporting (Excel) + Invoicing. Other software may be used.
