I am the founder of OSE TA VOIX, a project born from the conviction that public speaking is a real lever for success and personal fulfillment.

I have created a system of workshops and coaching dedicated to public speaking and self-confidence. My ambition is to help each participant, whether they are high school students, university students, or professionals, to transform their apprehension into resources and develop clear, lively, and authentic communication.

OSE TA VOIX is for various audiences:

- young people: preparation for baccalaureate oral exams, competitions, exams, and interviews,

- professionals: pitching, strategic presentations, meeting speaking, leadership.

My approach is based on interactive and experiential pedagogy: practical exercises, real-life simulations, personalized feedback, and practical tools.

I designed this method by drawing on my 17 years of experience in management and communication at SNCF, as well as my entrepreneurial training at HEC Paris (Stand Up program).

✨ Result: participants gain confidence, structure their ideas better, and express themselves with more impact.

I conduct workshops to raise awareness about public speaking for young audiences (ages 3-6 and 7-11).

The goal is oral awakening through play, to learn to express oneself, share, and gain confidence.

I lead workshops for entrepreneurs and project leaders, such as "Knowing how to communicate", "Building your pitch and convincing your audience", or "Adopting the entrepreneur's posture", within the association France Active.
