Architect / Space Designer – Public and Corporate Projects Specialist

I participated in architectural and development projects for public facilities and offices, from design to adapting spaces to uses and standards.

Key tasks:

Office redesign and workspace optimization.

Creation and adaptation of premises for local authorities, including Haut Val-de-Marne Agglomération.

Accessibility improvements for public establishments (PMR standards).

This experience allowed me to develop skills in architectural design, interior layout, and regulatory compliance, to offer functional solutions adapted to users.

Architect / Interior Designer – Atelier 18

At Atelier 18 agency, I participated in renovation and housing development projects in Paris: apartment restructuring, housing redevelopment, and duplex extensions.

These assignments allowed me to optimize spaces, manage natural light, and create fluid circulation between rooms, while respecting the constraints of the existing building.

This experience strengthened my skills in architectural design, renovation, and interior layout, with a particular focus on the comfort and functionality of spaces.

For five years at the AFA+SANAE agency, I worked on large-scale architectural projects in France, covering demanding fields such as healthcare, corporate, and hospitality. This experience allowed me to develop solid expertise in the design of complex projects, requiring strong technical coordination and a fine understanding of usage.

In the healthcare sector, I participated in restructuring, extension, and technical platform development projects, notably for Oscar Lambret Hospital in Lille, Saint-Joseph Clinic in Trélazé, and Institut Godinot in Reims (competition phase). These projects allowed me to deepen the specific challenges of healthcare facilities: flows, functionality, standards, technical constraints, and quality of spaces for patients and staff.

In parallel, I worked on numerous corporate projects, including the redevelopment of large office spaces, capacity studies, and development proposals for companies such as Orange, Artelia, Nikon, and Flexy France, covering areas from 700 m² to 8,000 m². These assignments led me to design high-performance workspaces, adapted to new uses, while integrating functionality, image, and comfort considerations.

I also contributed to a hotel renovation project, with the rehabilitation of the Hôtel du Parc – Hilton in Bougival, strengthening my experience in projects with high qualitative and architectural demands.

This extensive agency experience allowed me to work on various project phases, from competition to design, including 3D modeling and rendering, while developing a rigorous, versatile, and quality-oriented approach, now used for missions as an independent architect/designer.
