Noun is an agile agency specialized in the secondment of product owners, scrum masters, and business analysts. As the managing partner, I was responsible for the day-to-day leadership, which included tasks such as recruitment, HR matters, learning and development, fostering a robust agile company culture, coordinating Noun Academy, engaging in new business ventures and managing relationships with various long-term clients. I advised clients on implementing agile roles and agile organizational structures. Additionally, I professionalized and implemented agile methodologies in our own business processes. I held ultimate responsibility for governance and financial matters.

As the Head of People, Culture & Academy, I was responsible for HR-related matters, Recruitment, Learning & Development and the Noun Academy. We created a clear organizational structure, implementing an updated hiring policy, and ensuring the Noun culture with a stronger emphasis on diversity and inclusivity.
