My mission is to assist the managers of all BNP entities in migrating their NAS spaces (shared file servers) and their SharePoint 2016 to SharePoint Online and TEAMS, by being responsible for the steps.

•

Scoping the needs by facilitating business workshops.

•

Costing the needs with business managers and validating the migration roadmap (NAS and SharePoint 2016 TO SharePoint Online).

•

Performing the migration (NAS / SP2016) for a number of entities and supporting then monitoring the migration for other entities that have a simpler migration context (NAS / SP2016).

•

Conducting SPO and Teams training workshops for owners and members.

•

Developing business applications or local governance on Power Platform for all BNP PARIBAS entities.

•

Supporting Office 365 Applications for all BNP PARIBAS entities.

•

SharePoint / Power Platform / Copilot Studio / OFFICE 365 Expert: Migrating NAS and SharePoint 2016 to SharePoint Online and developing business applications.

Client: EDF Projects: Change management and harmonization of SharePoint 2013 Sites / SharePoint Online / OFFICE 365 (Teams – One Drive) – Support for SharePoint Online and TEAMS Migration

The mission consists of supporting users in the migration, configuration, and use of SharePoint Online: both in its usage and in the context of migrating SharePoint 2013 sites to SharePoint Online.

� The mission includes 2 lots:

Lot A: Harmonization of SharePoint sites – OFFICE 365 (Macro-processes)

The first part of the mission focuses on transforming SharePoint 2013 On Premise spaces to design SharePoint Online models that meet the needs of different activities:

- Study of the collaborative ecosystem

- Needs diagnosis/scoping (questionnaire, workshop) with different stakeholders (Managers, Project, Process Owner, IT Department) to take their expectations into account, as well as helping them sort and reorganize their sites

- Propose SharePoint models

- Validate the developed models with the business and deploy them

- Update the governance note for SharePoint spaces

- Support and facilitate SharePoint Online – Power Platform technical workshops for users.

- Develop Power Automate workflows.

Lot B: Support for SharePoint Online and TEAMS Migration

The second part concerns the migration of Sites/Site Collections to SharePoint Online or Teams. Site/Site Collection migration involves the following steps:

- Migration preparation with the facilitator (migration scenario, planning, SharePoint analysis)

- Technical site migration (Performed by IT teams)

- Site preparation and business acceptance (update design, links)

- Rollout to users and management of any incidents

Client: APAVE Projects: OFFICE 365 Subject - SharePoint Online 2019 DMS: Administration of the existing SharePoint Portal and Migration of the document repository from SharePoint 2013 to SharePoint Online. Environments: OFFICE 365 - SharePoint Online, SharePoint 2013 Role: SharePoint – Office 365 Consultant Mission: OFFICE 365 Subject - SharePoint Online DMS: The project involves migrating APAVE's document repository from SharePoint 2013 DMS to SharePoint Online and administering the OFFICE 365 solution. My role in the project consisted of:

• Scoping and defining needs with the client

• Writing minutes of analysis and functional scoping workshops.

• Proposing cost estimates.

• Delivering training materials and user guides, best practices, and operating procedures for Top Management, users, and SharePoint Online administrators.

• Conducting training sessions and user support for SharePoint Online (Managers, administrators, and employees from APAVE's various departments)
