I hold a degree in Civil Engineering. After three years in a structural design office, I have managed a company building individual houses for 17 years, for which I design, estimate, and oversee construction and extension projects for individual houses in the Loire region.

I also work on reconstruction projects after fire damage by redesigning houses based on 3D scans, with the necessary technical adaptations.

I offer my services as a draftsman and estimator for individual houses to professionals (builders, project managers, architects) as well as individuals. My proficiency in Allplan software allows me to meet your needs for creating plans and 3D views.

For individual house extension or construction projects, I can:

- Create personalized preliminary design plans with exterior 3D views and project cost estimates

- Prepare building permit applications for projects not exceeding 150 m²

- Transform permit or architect plans into execution plans suitable for craftsmen and establish quantities for the consultation of companies for all construction lots

- Within a close radius of my home, I can oversee the construction site until acceptance, with the possibility of benefiting from my network of local artisans for your work.
