With over 10 years of experience in IT, I have developed sharp expertise in operations management, supported by a Lean Management approach. My professional background has allowed me to hold positions of responsibility, notably as IT Director at Jellysmack, where I supervised large-scale projects and led multidisciplinary teams.

Passionate about innovative solutions, I entirelycreated the Global IT services department at Jellysmackwhen it had only 300 employees. This was necessary as Jellysmack grew from 300 to 3500 people in 18 months, while opening about ten countries. We had anonboardingpace of up to130 people per weekautomatically. So, everything had to be done.

I took over the management of **Google Workspace**, deployed **Okta**, **Jamf**, **NinjaOne**, and automated onboarding processes using **Okta Workflow**, **Make**, and **Airtable**.

The IT support team (excluding projects and no-code) ultimately consisted of only7 people to manage over 3000 people.

Then, the power of our generation's tools allows them to communicate with each other, which enables automating a huge number of tasks and increasing productivity.
