Full stack developer since 2010, I have both taken on the role of lead and CTO of young startups and completed small web projects.

I am used to intervening in three different cases:

Helping startups start their adventure.
Joining an existing team as support (backend rails).
Creating CMS-oriented and/or interaction sites.

Ruby is the language I have the most experience with, even though I am tech agnostic.

For the front end, I have used both VueJS and Angular (1.0 then 2+).

I particularly enjoy working in SCRUM and my bedside book is REWORK (by Basecamp / 37signals).

The product is really flexible and white label mobile apps are available.
I joined the company to help the mobile dev team.

My mission was to automate the deployment pipeline for all the mobile apps (500+) using Fastlane (ruby framework). The project included :
Client Backoffice development (Rails + React)
System migration to the pipeline
API endpoints creation (Rails)
Automatic batch deployment system using Fastlane
Stats and reporting, especially deployment blocker with diagnostic for the clients.

I also worked on a Go micro service to handle push notifications.
