    Propose value-added services and collect feedback from La Poste's professional clients.

    La Poste wanted to create a direct link between its marketing teams and final professional clients. The chatbot emerged as the most relevant solution, as it integrates perfectly with the usage patterns of "prosumers".

    We therefore worked with La Poste's teams to create a bot that provides value-added services to its clients (find a post office, track a package, speak to an advisor).

    La Poste can also send notifications by asking short and simple questions, thus collecting real-time customer feedback on product and service evolutions.

    Objective: Place the chatbot at the heart of usage
    This chatbot had to be a reflection of La Poste, as close as possible to its clients. We therefore opted for technological choices that allowed us to achieve our goal.
    This chatbot is available both on Facebook Messenger and via a web interface. The chatbot has a phone number that clients can text. It understands their request and continues the conversation.
    We integrated numerous APIs (La Poste, Twilio, Slack) to make this chatbot extremely relevant. Artificial intelligence encompasses everything for a perfect experience.

    An acquisition chatbot for the presidential elections.

    L'Express asked us to create a chatbot for the presidential and legislative campaigns.

    The objective was relatively simple: to offer a simple but effective service with the ultimate goal of collecting emails from a different audience (18-30 years old) than their usual, older audience.

    We therefore created a chatbot on Facebook Messenger that allowed users to sign up to receive election results in real-time in their municipality.
    The results were very good. More than 15,000 people interacted with the chatbot. And 2,000 of them left their email during the process. 90% of them were new emails. Mission accomplished.

    Simpler is better

    This use case proves that the success of a bot lies in two often overlooked factors.
    First, it must provide a high value-added service for the user. Regardless of the chatbot's complexity or intelligence, what matters is what it can do. If it can do one thing, very well, and people need it, 80% of the job is done.
    Second, you must think about promoting the chatbot right away, especially when you have a large multi-channel audience. In this case, the majority of traffic came from banners installed on the mobile app. The transition from the app to Messenger is seamless.

    A large online and offline communication campaign was implemented to promote the new Marie Brizard group brand, Sobiyourself.
    Several dozen events are organized throughout France for this purpose, and partnerships with major YouTubers have also been established.
    All this effort directs to a single interface, the "Hello Jean 3" Facebook Messenger chatbot from Sobiyourself. It is actually a team game interface, which can win you incredible prizes.
    The final objective is to facilitate the online posting of content (photos, videos, playlists) in order to reach an organic audience at the brand launch.

    We therefore created an immersive game within Facebook Messenger.

    Creating this chatbot was a challenge. First, it was necessary to enable participants to create teams.
    The final objective is to encourage participants to post content on the chatbot, which is then automatically posted on the official page (after curation).
    We implemented marketing automation systems to guide users through the entire participation process.
