Within the Group's Payroll Shared Service Center, independently managed payroll for a fluctuating portfolio of 3 to 5 healthcare facilities (approximately 400 payslips per month).

In a multi-collective agreement framework and during a payroll software migration, my tasks included: Inputting payroll variables (overtime on atypical cycles, night shifts, Sundays, public holidays, on-call duty, meals, transport, various bonuses, ...); Managing work stoppages (inputting absences, tracking CPAM and MSA benefits, adjustments, setting up and monitoring social security files, ...); Inputting and tracking administrative garnishments on salaries; Calculating termination indemnities and paid leave; Various checks (PMSS, Fillon relief, salary maintenance, paid leave, ...); HR relations and consulting with facility managers; Tutoring a work-study student in a social and payroll management bachelor's program; Etc.
