Ergonomist and UX Designer since 2004, I worked for 9 years in Orange's research labs before becoming a consultant. Whatever the field of activity, I intervene in all phases of a project with a user-centered methodology. In the exploratory phase: usage analysis, gathering user needs and expectations; in the design phase: facilitating design sessions with your users to define usage scenarios and expected functionality; in the development phase: supporting to ensure optimal ergonomics and user experience; in the evaluation phase: testing your product or service with your users to improve it.
