• • My objective was to build and exploit a complete new application, helping freelance writers by providing high quality selling platform, respecting authors and readers needs, providing services for authors.

• • Discover user needs, gathering user feedbacks, realization of functional, technical and business analyses, prototypes (figma), development of website and android/ios application.

• • The objectives are still ongoing but we plan to reach self-financement in 3 years.

• • Mass mailing company with SaaS and internal company operations softwares. Existing interfaces were old, unsuitable and out of control.

• • My objective was to take over and review the existing interfaces to improve user experience, propose valuable features and solutions for the clients and the internal teams, develop new products.

• • Discover user needs : alignment meetings, brainstorming, user feedback and statistics, realization of functional, technical and business analyses, wireframes (balsamiq) and prototypes (figma).

• • User stories writing, prioritization and product vision with short and long-term planning.

• • Creation and development of 6 interfaces: 3 user products and 3 internal management interfaces: Increased number of mailings, continuous improvement according to user feedbacks and company needs.
