As an organizational sociologist, I have a good ability to analyze and synthesize a given situation. With the academic research I have conducted on innovation and creativity, I am able to use the best-suited range of methods for an organization. My common thread is group dynamics and my profession is called facilitation.
I work with the public sector (City of Liège, Forem, ONE...), large corporations (Solvay), startups, and SMEs.
I love to read and learn continuously. Confinement was an opportunity to develop strong skills in remote collaboration with video conferencing tools and online whiteboards (miro, mural...)
I am passionate about science fiction, history, board games... I am also an orchestra and jazz musician, which also nourishes my practice with groups!
