PM with 10 years of experience, I built my practice around a simple conviction: in IT, understanding the business is essential for making the right decisions.

Throughout my assignments, I went into the field to observe real usage, meet users, and understand the concrete impact of the tools we were deploying. I have thus supported teams all over France, discovered working realities impossible to perceive by videoconference, and worked closely with operational staff to identify the gaps between designed processes and real needs.

At Sterne, this approach led me to directly analyze ERP usage with field teams and management to identify friction points that were slowing down activity instead of facilitating it.

I also took over a distributed team, composed of internal and external staff, some of whom had never benefited from structured follow-up for nearly ten years. I implemented a comprehensive management framework: weekly check-ins, regular interviews, semi-annual reviews, and collective time dedicated to improving our ways of working. The goal was to remove obstacles, strengthen engagement, and develop the team. Employee feedback confirmed the relevance of this approach.

Today, I am looking for a Product Manager or Project Manager position in Bordeaux, within a large group or a scale-up, in an environment where initiative, structuring, and people are considered levers for performance. I particularly appreciate contexts in transformation, where effective frameworks need to be built while maintaining close proximity to the field.
