• • Lead the operation of WAN, including strategic networks, and LAN of the Ministry of Armed Forces and their extensions. Deliver secure telecom service in operational theaters for deployed units. To do this, organize and coordinate the actions of the CND telecom teams (over 600 people).

• • Ensure telecommunication continuity with France's NATO partners as part of the Eastern Europe reassurance.

• • Provide network and telecom expertise to the top management of the CND (Defense Digital Commissariat).

• • As head of an operations center, lead the Ministry of Armed Forces' transition during the WAN renewal. This involves over 1200 interconnection points worldwide to serve 300,000 subscribers while ensuring business continuity and security.

• • Participate in the determination and implementation of the cyber-defense policies for networks, including classified networks, of the Ministry of Armed Forces within a zero-trust framework.

• • Ensure the design, development, deployment, administration, and operational maintenance of the Ministry of Armed Forces' networks.

• • Manage a team of 200 network administrators and technicians spread across 14 metropolitan sites.

• • Ensure the resilience of networks and management systems by implementing procedures and drafting BCP (Business Continuity Plans) and DRP (Disaster Recovery Plans).

• • Responsible for the implementation and monitoring of the IT systems security strategy.

• • Standardize NATO's logistics monitoring protocols and software, and deploy these systems in operational situations.
