With a background in sociology, biology, and marketing, I am passionate about change processes and have spent 15 years of my professional life as a business developer in France and internationally (Africa, India, Middle East).

Today, I am a management trainer and professional coach serving managers and students.

I take great pleasure in helping clients find their dream job, truly. The more specific or demanding the field, the more effective the support I offer. Often, the first step in coaching is to identify a strong professional project.

With what tools?

- Systemic coaching tools, humanistic approaches (Appreciative Inquiry, Human Element, NVC), and occasionally marketing analysis methods (SWOT, MIX) and consulting methods (ADKAR).

- For the operational phase of job searching, I use the action-research approach developed in Lille by the association Entreprendre Par Vocation. I have been inspired by it for 20 years.

- Finally, when the situation allows, I share my own lived experiences from my professional practice with my client.
