💼 Mission:

Design a glove box for the production of MOX fuel for fast neutron reactors, in a demanding nuclear environment.

✅ Work performed:

• Preliminary design of complex equipment using SolidWorks,

• Functional analyses, simplified dimensioning, drafting of specifications,

• Close collaboration with safety disciplines (FOH, radiation protection, fire, criticality) and consideration of maintenance constraints (FMEA, ADR, machine safety),

• Management of multi-system requirements and interfaces (process, ventilation, civil engineering).

📊 Results:

Validated integrated models, functional and safety requirements allocated to subsystems, design aligned with operational and maintenance constraints.

💼 Mission:

Optimize the design of Rosa One & Recon surgical robots in compliance with the IEC 60601 standard

✅ Work performed:

• Definition of mechanical specifications based on clinical needs,

• Design and prototyping of hardware components,

• Production of drawings and bills of materials,

• Collaboration with suppliers,

• Performance of verification tests and failure analyses,

• Contribution to industrialization and maintenance of regulatory compliance (IEC 60601), in coordination with quality teams.
