The first part of my career was oriented towards the fields of services, sales, and marketing. Self-taught, I quickly acquired the necessary skills to manage a marketing budget of €250K/year within a large company in Liège.

As I greatly enjoyed these fields, I subsequently followed a qualifying training at HEC Liège to consolidate all my acquired knowledge.

Afterwards, I continued to thrive in commercial delegation (Office Automation and Medical IT). In this context, I was able, for example, to successfully deploy a new pricing plan to the 300 clients of PCSOL S.A (annual usage rights value multiplied by 2.5, i.e., €150K/year) or sign a contract worth €250K with SPGE on behalf of KONICA S.A.

Following this success, I joined a start-up that was also present in the medical IT field, and it was there that I took my first steps in testing, while continuing to use my marketing skills.

In 2013, within a company that has since become ZORGI S.A, I fully entered the fields of manual testing and technical writing. For over 10 years, I successfully held the positions of Quality Manager (including the management of an ISO 9001 and 13485 QMS) or Release Officer. Passionate about technical writing (Release Notes) in the ICT sector, I was able to independently capitalize on skills such as organizational skills, precision, analytical thinking, and the ability to transform complex concepts into clear and accessible documents for the majority of Walloon and Brussels hospitals.
