At Sofrecom Orange France, I worked for over two and a half years on a major project to redesign an internal application for managing orders and field interventions.
The project was heavily focused on user journeys and digital experience with a strong component of responsive web and mobile design.
We worked in an Agile Scrum squad with 3-week sprints, daily meetings, sprint planning, retrospectives, demonstrations, and user story refinement sessions.
I participated extensively in workshops with Product Owners and business teams to understand needs, identify impacts on user journeys, and brainstorm the best functional and technical solutions.
I focused primarily on the overall consistency of application flows.
I also contributed to writing and refining User Stories, as well as defining acceptance criteria.
Then, I performed functional validation of User Stories through UI testing as a real user.
Most importantly, I performed functional validation of the user stories I wrote.
Specifically, I tested the flows via the UI as a real user, checked API exchanges with Swagger to analyze JSON, and verified data in the SQL database.
