- Management of software inventory campaigns for major banking vendors across all group businesses.

- Support for reviewing existing processes to integrate automation capabilities using the in-place SAM tool.

- Consolidation of all group and local acquired rights. Review of negotiated contractual terms.

- Coordination of technical usage inventories and review of specific licensing conditions applicable to identified deployments. Establishment of a baseline of current usage for each entity.

- IBM ILMT Study: Study of deployed versions and support for business units in implementing classification and exclusion processes for product instances reported by the tool to ensure eligibility for partial capacity counting.

- VMware Study: Review of license activations on various vCenters and anticipation of impacts from migration to the VMware Cloud Foundation bundle.

- Support for negotiation and certification of unlimited contracts.

- Support for managing audit requests from several vendors (Apryse, Rocket, IBM).

- Review of the SAM tool implementation and revision of business processes to facilitate their integration and automation through the existing Software Asset Management tool.

Improvement of the IBM ILMT management process and usage inventory in PVU and non-PVU metrics. Implementation of optimization plans to rationalize license consumption for IBM and Broadcom vendors. Status assessment of the SAM tool implementation and definition of an operational and technical target to promote its adoption.

Implementation of the IBM License Metric Tool.

- Support for the installation and configuration of the IBM ILMT tool to ensure eligibility for partial capacity counting in anticipation of migration to a virtualized infrastructure.

- Classification and/or Exclusion of components reported by agents. Definition of license thresholds.

- Support for implementing processes for generating audit snapshots and recurrent tool management.

- Tool deployed on all servers hosting IBM solutions.

- Eligibility for partial capacity counting.

Establishment of a group Software Asset Management service to optimize the management of contracts, licenses, and expenses for all vendors supplying Dassault Systèmes group.

- Assessment of the current SAM state and definition/implementation of processes.

- Integration of SAM processes with other internal practices (from request to purchase, through inventory and compliance).

- Selection of a SAM tool via a tender process with major technology vendors (Flexera, Snow, USU, Certero).

- Negotiation of an internal agreement with employee unions regarding the processing of personal data.

- Deployment of the selected SAM tool and integration into defined processes (integration with technical, contractual, and operational data sources for automation of inventory, compliance, and KPI reporting).

- Documentation of processes and solution implementation. Training of internal teams on the use of the SAM solution.

- Implementation of optimized ticketing processes for software request management, handling over 30,000 requests in 3 years.

- Implementation of a process for tracking contractual negotiations and integrating contracts between contract management and software asset management. Over 2,000 contracts integrated into the SAM solution.

- Automation of inventory management and compliance report generation for over 50 vendors, covering major and niche suppliers (infrastructure, middleware, development, user workstations).

- Automation of optimization reports for SaaS (Adobe, SurveyMonkey, Articulate, ZoomInfo...) and On-Premise (Microsoft, Oracle, Docker...) software.

- Implementation of KPIs for tracking cost avoidance and savings.
