Product Manager for Sirius, a public digital service dedicated to collecting and valuing apprentice feedback on their training. Sirius addresses a dual mission: enriching orientation content for young people and their advisors, and helping vocational training centers (CFAs) improve their offerings through feedback analysis.

- Defining product strategy

Results:

- A highly effective feedback collection solution (75% response rate)

- 110K unique visits per month

- Rapid user adoption with 35% of the target market enrolled in 1 year

Managed a portfolio of 12 "data" projects within the France Relance program, funded with €60 million for the digital transformation of territories.

- Strategic support: Assisted in structuring projects across 5 key areas: impact, product design, UX/UI, open source, and territorial deployment.

- Data utilization expertise: Supported project leaders in valuing and opening public data.

- Definition of evaluation metrics: Implemented monitoring tools to measure the effectiveness and adoption of solutions.

Results: Contributed to the successful completion of innovative projects with a direct impact on territories, particularly in valuing and making public data available to users.

As part of the France Relance plan, I led the National Investigation Program of the Territorial Incubator, through which we supported 50 teams from 32 local authorities in identifying issues and co-constructing public services tailored to territorial needs.
