I've spent 14 years in high-pressure organizations, including Rolex, Enedis, startups, and SMEs, trying to understand why agile transformations fail.

The conclusion is always the same: blockages stem from unstable priorities, invisible inter-team dependencies, and decisions that never arrive at the right time.

As a Senior Scrum Master, SAFe SPC 6.0 Agile Coach, and ICF-certified Professional Coach, I intervene simultaneously with teams, product management, and the people who make them work.

What this changes concretely: management is no longer based on gut feeling. I implement indicators that show what's really happening—DORA Metrics to measure delivery performance, Flow Metrics and Lead Time to identify bottlenecks before they become crises, OKRs to align leadership and teams on what truly matters.
Decisions become factual.
Management regains clarity without needing to micromanage.

I don't impose a framework. I start with individual interviews with all stakeholders, teams, managers, and leadership, to understand what no one says in meetings. Then I intervene.
