I manage industrial projects from start to finish, from scoping to operational implementation. I ensure the sizing of needs, the definition of scope and objectives, as well as the identification of the critical path, milestones, and deliverables, while structuring clear and effective project governance.

I develop project management plans integrating planning (macro and detailed), resource allocation, and budget monitoring. I rely on recognized tools and methods (e.g., V-model, agile methods depending on the context) to secure deadlines, costs, and quality. I also implement performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards, and regular reports to ensure continuous visibility for stakeholders.

As part of the management, I coordinate multidisciplinary teams and lead various project instances (progress meetings, steering committees, milestone reviews). I manage risks and opportunities through structured analyses and associated action plans, while monitoring deviations and implementing corrective actions.
