Co-founded and held overall technical responsibility for a SaaS platform for the fiber optic and civil engineering sector to digitize project, documentation, and field service processes. Responsible for the technical conception, architecture, and implementation of the entire platform – from the web application for project management and back office to the mobile app for field service. Development of scalable backend structures, setup of infrastructure and deployment processes, as well as integration of AI-supported functions for automated analysis of construction site and photo documentation. The goal was to significantly increase efficiency, transparency, and traceability in complex construction projects.

Lead Frontend Developer in the development of a digital platform for order and plant management in an industrial environment. The goal was to digitize and optimize internal production and administration processes to make workflows more transparent, efficient, and traceable. Responsible for the architecture, development, and further development of the React/TypeScript frontend, as well as support in the backend for functional enhancements. Additionally, established standardized development and deployment processes through Dockerization and close team collaboration to ensure high code quality and sustainable maintainability.

Responsible for the support and further development of an existing web archive solution for digital document and process management. The focus was on ensuring stable operation, continuous optimization of the platform, and expanding functional requirements to improve efficiency and user experience.
