Multiple experiences in medical practice (ER doctor, SSR, private practice, health network medical coordinator, consultant, EHPAD), I have been interested for several years in medical coordination to increase the efficiency of care for vulnerable people.

For 3 years, I have been experimenting with the contribution of telemedicine in EHPADs and developing the opening of these structures to home care in the context of an aging population (collaboration with CCAS, SSIAD, SAD...).

The development of palliative care in EHPADs is also one of my priorities, as is the management of malnutrition, oral health, and the detection/assessment of frailty at home.

I advocate for professional coordination and the development of future professions (at home) to support medical and paramedical professions. Caregivers are essential for the sustainability of our health system. As co-founder of the startup Monka.care, I work to make "helping and preventing" the solution for healthy aging!!
