My background has allowed me to develop a comprehensive view of the construction site:

– several years in a general building company,

– experience as a self-employed contractor, with overall work management,

– a stint in building materials sales, providing strong cost control and technical choices,

– then site manager for individual houses, responsible for planning, coordination, and acceptance.

Today, I intervene remotely to secure projects upstream and during construction:

• quote analysis and comparison

• assistance with technical decision-making

• organization and logical sequencing of trades

• work monitoring and anticipation of blocking points

My objective is simple: save time, avoid costly errors, and provide a clear and structured view of the construction site, with concrete, understandable, and applicable advice.
