Benjamin Rathelot

I am a lawyer admitted to the Paris and New York Bars.

I primarily handle civil litigation and pre-litigation for professionals and individuals, before the Judicial Court and Commercial Court, in the context of civil and commercial disputes, seizure proceedings, debt collection, etc. My areas of practice also include disputes relating to insurance law, liability law, consumer law, defective product law, construction law (GFA and CCMI), personal data protection law, and air passenger litigation. I also handle appearances before Parisian courts.

I hold an LL.M. from the University of California Los Angeles specializing in international and comparative legal studies, a Master 2 in private international law and international trade law from the University Paris I - Panthéon-Sorbonne, and a Master 1 in business law from the University Paris XI - Paris Saclay.

I speak French and English.
