The "RelaiV2" project is a mediation system between the MS Dynamics CRM and the La Poste BSCC information system.

On an OpenShift platform, 70 microservices adhering to SRP were implemented.
16 of these microservices are developed with the SpringBoot framework, and 54 with the Quarkus Framework.
The microservices are decoupled and communicate via events through a Kafka broker.

As Tech Leader, I participated in the development of each of these services by enforcing software development principles that guarantee the quality of deliverables, such as code conventions and TDD. Furthermore, I am very attentive to reducing energy consumption, and this guides the technological or architectural choices I make.

I wrote the various build pipelines, initially on Jenkins and now on GitlabCI.

I pushed for the adoption of the Quarkus framework to limit resource consumption on the PaaS. The majority of Quarkus modules are native images, thus reducing the workload (CPU / Memory) of the entire solution.

As Scrum Master, I established a climate of trust within the teams. I preserved the team's autonomy regarding its technical choices and organization. I participated in the Safe transformation while preserving the spirit of agility that Safe tends to distort.

Within the Score project (Europe's largest CRM project), I am working on the RelaiV2 module, which enables communication between the CRM (Dynamics) and the rest of the "La Poste" information system.
