Former Head of a Purchasing program, I designed a skills test used to recruit buyers and wrote a book on the purchasing profession (VOCATION ACHETEUR).

Before any training, I need to understand the company's environment, its challenges, and its purchasing department's maturity (if a department exists).

If it's negotiation training, I need to understand the negotiation stakes: 4 points of margin or 10 points of margin to recover. A need to clearly define the requirement with the prescribers...?

My recent change management experiences in purchasing for an organic distribution company have helped employees embrace new governance and improve their purchasing knowledge. Conversely, I always learn from my training and coaching. A lot of experience should lead to humility in the face of the challenges faced by companies and their employees.

After 10 years as a buyer in several companies, I resumed my studies in purchasing at HEC PARIS (CESA ACHATS). After change management support, I became certified in change management to fill my knowledge gaps. Finally, during COVID and to better serve my clients, I became certified in digital and multimodal pedagogy to offer hybrid learning paths and pedagogical articulation.

I launched my e-learning platform on purchasing and my YouTube channel on office software (moncoachbureautique).

I conduct my training and coaching sessions in English and French.
