    Gymnastics application for professional and amateur athletes. After several years of chaotic development and a succession of developers, the codebase had become unstable, unmaintainable, and blocked any evolution.

    Mission

    Complete Reconstruction from Scratch

    Strategic decision to completely rebuild the application to establish a solid foundation. Migration to Unity 6 with URP to optimize mobile performance, modular and maintainable architecture, reproduction of all existing functionalities while correcting critical bugs.

    Dynamic Content System

    Major problem: the application contains hundreds of 3D animations requiring frequent updates. Each modification required a new submission to the stores with a 7-10 day validation delay.

    Solution implemented:

    • Dynamic download system via remote server (supports .fbx and .glb)
    • Asynchronous loading and optimized memory management
    • Real-time updates (animations, exercises, 3D models) without going through the stores
