Within Baker Tilly France, I developed, in close collaboration with management, consulting services focusing on offers such as: > Consolidation & Reporting, > Treasury organization and management, > Cash Management. My experience with software as an integrator and user (Your Cegid Consolidation, Talentia, Equilibre, Reflex) as well as in project management has been enriched, notably by the implementation of the AFD's budget preparation tool, the installation of a unified decision-making process platform for the LEM group, monthly reporting for the insurer La Lux, consolidation work at La Redoute, and the compliance of the consolidation platform within the ERAM group following the transition to IFRS.
