WordPress technical takeover and support mission for the Cytisco website.

The intervention consisted of putting the site in order after a transition phase: checking the domain, hosting, and access, taking over the WordPress configuration, fixing technical issues, optimizing existing pages, and supporting content uploading.

I also worked on the SEO structuring of the main pages, form configuration, redirection management, integration of an appointment page with Calendly, as well as thinking about a mockup subdomain that could serve as a test space or a direct redirection to the main site.

This mission illustrates my usual role with freelancers, agencies, and VSEs/SMEs: taking over an existing site, identifying blockages, stabilizing the technical environment, and proposing concrete improvements without always starting from scratch.

Design and development of Secoue Toi, a personal motivation mobile application published on Google Play.

The project involves offering a simple and direct experience around short messages, personal goals, reminders, and notifications. The application was conceived as a complete digital product: identity, user journey, application logic, local storage, goal management, notifications, Android publication, and consideration of the business model.

This project allowed me to strengthen my skills in interface design, product logic, mobile development, data structuring, user experience, and application publication.

Even though my core business remains custom WordPress development, this experience illustrates my ability to design a complete digital tool, go from idea to published product, and integrate AI as support in the design, organization, and iteration process.

WordPress support for Celtic Cycles, a local bike rental service around the Ria d'Étel.

The mission involved structuring and optimizing the site to clearly present the rental offer, facilitate online booking, highlight bike delivery, and strengthen local visibility for searches related to bike rentals.

I worked on page organization, content improvement, local SEO optimization with pages targeted by town, title/meta tags, editorial consistency, and showcasing differentiating services like bike delivery and easy returns. I also developed a custom popup plugin to improve engagement and conversion, as well as a custom interactive map displaying partner rental locations.

This experience illustrates my support for VSEs and local businesses: creating a useful, clear, visible WordPress site designed to generate leads or bookings, with a concrete approach combining technical skills, content, SEO, and understanding of the client's business.
