At Allday, I support teams and tenants in managing and optimizing their workspaces. My role is to ensure a functional, pleasant, and efficient environment by taking charge of:

✅ Operational management of spaces: work monitoring, maintenance, development, implementation of solutions adapted to tenant needs.

✅ Service provider coordination: liaison with suppliers, monitoring interventions (cleaning, electricity, furniture, IT, air conditioning, etc.).

✅ Continuous improvement: management of tenant requests, signage implementation, quality control, equipment monitoring, and service optimization.

✅ Project steering: office reorganization, logistical planning, internal relocation management, and budget monitoring.

My goal: to ensure a smooth and high-quality experience for companies hosted at Allday by combining responsiveness, efficient management, and a sense of service. 🚀

Event Project Manager at GL events, I managed premium setups for major sporting events, supporting clients such as PSG (handball and football) and partners related to the Six Nations Tournament.

My role involved designing and deploying high-value customer experiences on match days: hospitality, brand activations, VIP areas, entertainment, and experiential setups. I managed competitive tenders exceeding €100,000 annually, from strategic recommendation and presentation to the operational and budgetary management of awarded projects.

Acting as the interface between clients, internal teams, and service providers, I ensured global coordination, cost control, deadline adherence, and operational excellence, with a constant objective: to transform a sporting event into a true lever for customer engagement and experience.
