I support manufacturing companies as an experienced Lean/CI expert in implementing sustainable improvements in production and management.

With over 10 years of management experience (shift management to operations management for up to 200 employees) and a background as an industrial foreman and technical business administrator, I know the challenges of shift work and food production firsthand.

My focus is on the pragmatic introduction of Shopfloor Management (including KPI cascading), training managers in Lean and CI methods, and data-based analysis for decision support.

As an interim manager and CI expert, I take responsibility on-site, ensure stable processes, and accompany changes in a way that they are accepted and lived by the teams.

My goal: simplify processes, increase productivity, and at the same time promote employee satisfaction – without bureaucracy, but with clear, measurable results.
