To achieve short-term to long-term educational objectives, digital technology today allows for the generation of engagement and performance during the training period.

Depending on your organization and your challenges, I will work with you to analyze and prepare a tailor-made training strategy.

At the end of our collaboration, you will have a training strategy, which means:

- the action plan to implement (global and by level)

- the educational objectives of each action

- the recommended pedagogical methods

- the planning

After an initial in-person or phone interview about your needs, you will receive a questionnaire to complete, which we will then debrief orally.

Once the analysis is complete, I will be able to prepare a training strategy with you, presented during a restitution session that we will conduct together.

This type of service requires 2 days of work, unless otherwise requested.
