Benjamin Fichot

Full Stack Java / Angular Developer. I built my career through a professional retraining driven by a strong passion for IT and software development.

After an initial training focused on web development (PHP, Symfony, JavaScript), I continued my learning at the 42 school, where I deepened my knowledge of C programming and fundamental computer science concepts: algorithms, memory management, data structures, and complex problem-solving.

I then joined CGI as an apprentice before moving into a confirmed developer role. For several years, I have been working on critical applications in the aviation sector within agile teams.

My responsibilities have led me to work with technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, Angular, Docker, and Azure, as well as integrating REST and SOAP services. I am involved in both developing new features and maintaining, resolving incidents, and continuously improving applications.

Accustomed to agile environments (Scrum), I actively participate in team ceremonies: refinement, code reviews (Pull Requests), technical analysis, and improvement proposals.

Autonomous and rigorous, I place particular importance on code quality, understanding business needs, and collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver reliable and sustainable solutions.
